After years of working within startups and experiencing firsthand the struggle to find a CRO that fits the budget and provides only the services truly needed

— we decided to create a better alternative.

​With over 20 years of experience in clinical and regulatory affairs, Benita leads ILITA with a proven track record of guiding medical devices to successful FDA and CE approvals. She manages projects across Europe and the U.S. Her strategic leadership ensures efficient study management, regulatory compliance, and successful market entry.
A seasoned clinical expert with extensive experience in the biotech industry. Rafi specializes in strategic project management, regulatory submissions, clinical trial oversight, and data systems. Known for his analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, he delivers high-quality results with speed, precision, and integrity.
